Firstly, engineering surveying and layout. When laying artificial turf, before the lawn enters the site, the foundation engineering should be inspected and accepted first to ensure the cleanliness of the foundation site.
The construction process is as follows: surveying the bottom line - unfolding and trimming the grass roll - bonding the green grass joint - determining the position of the white line and bonding the white line - injecting quartz sand - injecting rubber particles - completion acceptance. Next, we will provide a detailed explanation of the specific process and precautions for laying artificial turf from three aspects: engineering surveying and layout, turf bonding technology, and quartz sand paving technology.
Firstly, engineering surveying and layout. When laying artificial turf, before the lawn enters the site, the foundation engineering should be inspected and accepted first to ensure the cleanliness of the foundation site. If there is any garbage or debris on the foundation ground, it should be cleaned up first to ensure the cleanliness and construction quality of the site.
Secondly, use measuring tools (such as steel rulers and coils) to measure the on-site dimensions and control the error within the allowable range. If the size is not suitable, it should be corrected in a timely manner. After on-site measurement or completion of the drawing style, the rolled artificial turf should be laid neatly. If the original roll shape cannot be maintained, it must be laid flat and placed properly.
The construction process of artificial turf bonding technology: Before bonding artificial turf, repair the edges, trim both sides of the lawn, ensure there is no rough surface, and ensure smoothness. Then apply glue to the bottom of the lawn, control the thickness of the glue, apply evenly, and do not repeat the application to avoid detachment. Adhesive bonding should be carried out when the temperature and humidity conditions meet the standards, and the bonding should be aligned without any misalignment.
In addition, when laying non-woven fabric on artificial turf, the arrangement direction should be perpendicular to the laying direction of the artificial turf, with an angle of 90 ℃. The gap between non-woven fabrics should be small and tightly connected as much as possible.
Then there is pressure and curing, using a specialized rubber hammer to strike the bonding area to make it firm, and the curing time is generally 3 days. The construction environment temperature of artificial turf should be controlled between 0-40 ℃, and construction is prohibited in rainy and snowy weather. The drying time for glue application should be controlled at around 10-15 minutes. Artificial turf needs maintenance during the curing period to avoid exposure, immersion, and movement, in order to achieve good adhesion of the artificial turf.
The construction process of quartz sand paving technology: The filling height of quartz sand should be within 10mm of the remaining height of the lawn, and the paving speed should be uniform. The quartz sand paving is based on the integration method, and the flatness and filling amount of quartz sand should be ensured during paving. The injection of rubber particles is consistent with the injection of quartz sand.
